Alyssa Rose Logrande is on a mission to help people become the best version of yourself. She has been a dedicated fitness coach since 2016 serving clients all over the world preaching a balanced lifestyle of health and fitness that is sustainable and flexible for you.
She has experience coaching youth soccer, and have helped create Physical Education Programs for youths in Elementary schools.
Through years of personal experience of researching and implementing nutrition and training protocols, she acquired deep understanding of how the human body works in order to build muscle and lose fat.
